A COUPLE OF NOTES:

  • We provide free delivery above £120.00 for UK orders.
  • When ordering Blindsave products always at checkout in shipping section specify the ‘BLINDSAVE dropshipping’ method.
  • Manufacturer MyFloorball products are not shipped internationally (just locally around the UK).
  • Received orders are shipped on business days from 9 am till 5 pm and delivered mostly the next business day by 1 pm (except public and bank holidays). Please allow an extra working day for standard deliveries if the order execution period coincides with bank holidays UK Bank Holidays.
  • Delivery times are estimates – if you have any query about your order or delivery time, or delivery method, or have not received your order in the expected time frame please contact us on +074 798 982 92 or e-mail to info@iamfloorball.co.uk.
2. RETURNS

If you have any inquiries about returning your item(s), please feel free to call us on +074 798 982 92 or email us at info@iamfloorball.co.uk. In case of return of the item postage costs are being covered by customer. We would recommend that you return your items via registered post and obtain sufficient postal insurance in case your item goes missing on its way back to us.

 

2.1. FAULTY ITEM

We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy shopping with iamfloorball.co.uk. We want you to enjoy our products. So if you received a faulty item, no worries, we believe returns should be handy. If you find a fault with your item please contact us immediately  on +074 798 982 92 or e-mail to info@iamfloorball.co.uk.

All returns or exchanges should be sent to our Hastings address, the same address as in our contact us section.

 

2.2. REFUND

If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your order please contact us on +074 798 982 92 or e-mail to info@iamfloorball.co.uk. We will refund it or exchange it whatever the reason provided the product is returned in it’s original condition (with their original packaging and the labels attached).

We will refund your item via your original payment method within 3 working day of receiving your item back. When we have completed your refund, we will send you an email to let you know. Bear in mind that there may be slight delays during busy periods.

2.3. EXCHANGE

If you find a fault with your item please contact us on +074 798 982 92 or e-mail to info@iamfloorball.co.uk.

Forth send your item back to us making sure to include original order details and what you would like to exchange your product for. Without these details we won’t be able to take the action you require.

For products ordered on the back-order, we guarantee up to 5 business days delivery.
